The Invisible College

Dear you,

There’s a word for people who don’t ask permission.

The ones who win despite having no right to.

Who build before they know if it works. Who ship before they’re ready.

The job quitters.

The stubborn dreamers.

The ones for whom “no” doesn’t really exist.

That word is audacity.

Our world, the one where we taught sand to think and built culture from our bedrooms has always belonged to people like you.

The ones who ignored the rules and rewrote them anyway.

We’re betting on them.

The girl in Manchester building robots in her mum’s basement.

The kid in Kathmandu running a global fashion label from a laptop.

The guy in Warsaw building a game engine from scratch.

Maybe you.

Being audacious isn’t a new thing. In the 1600’s, twelve scientists decided to go rogue, ignore consensus and meet once a week at Gresham College in London to demo their wildest ideas and experiments to each other.

This eventually turned into the Royal Society, an Invisible College, home to members like Robert Hooke, Isaac Newton, Marie Curie, Charles Darwin and Einstein - maybe you’ve heard of some of them?

So we built an Invisible College of our own in Bristol, a city that knows a thing or two about audacity itself. A place of trade, graffiti, pirate radios, and people who never wait for their turn.

It’s a home for sixteen of you. Living together. Building together. No curriculum you’d recognize. No guarantees. Just the space, the time, and the kind of people who refuse to be reasonable.

We’ll cover your stay. Give you a campus.

We just have one simple ask: Build something. It might work. It might fail spectacularly.

But first, you have to take the bet.

Do you have the audacity?

Our Campus

The residency happens IRL at our magical campus in Bristol, UK.

Program Structure

Four days of disorientation. Four weeks of lock-in. One final week in London.

We start by throwing everyone into the deep end together: arrival dinner, Bristol, houses, rituals, games, and enough shared chaos to make the cohort feel real.

Then we lock in. Mondays are for setting goals and group office hours. Fridays are for Ship & Show. The rest is kept minimal by design, so you can get to work - with weekly supper clubs, some time to let your hair down, and the occasional workshop.

For the final week, we head to London for one last public Ship & Show in front of friends, VCs, technologists, and supporters of early-stage startups.
