Delete Account

Delete your Forma account

To delete your account and all associated data, open the Forma app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm by entering your account email.

If you no longer have the app installed, email farhaj@forma.city and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations.
