Company: Forma Group ("Forma," "we," "our," or "us")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forma's products and services, including mobile apps, web apps, websites, events, and programs (collectively, the "Services"). By using any Forma Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Part I: General Terms (apply to all Services)

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

By using the Services, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some Services may require creating an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payments & Fees

Certain Services may require fees. Prices, taxes, and charges will be disclosed prior to purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Forma is not responsible for delays or errors in payment processing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Forma.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate laws or regulations.

• Infringe the rights of others.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or networks connected to them.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Forma makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma's liability is limited as described in the liability clause of the relevant product-specific section below.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any Service if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.

Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Cayman Islands, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Part II: Product-Specific Terms

A. Forma App (Mobile App)

Forma App enables users to purchase and manage travel-related services (eSIMs, travel insurance, eVisas) through third-party providers, and includes voice input and AI-assisted planning features.

Forma acts as a platform only. We are not the provider of eSIM, insurance, or visa services. Your agreement for those services is directly with the third-party provider.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma's total liability arising from your use of Forma App is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

B. Events

Forma organizes pop-ups and events around the world.

Tickets and participation may be subject to separate event-specific terms or refund policies.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodations, and compliance with local laws.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma's total liability arising from an event is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket or participation.

C. Fellowship (Web App & Program)

Fellowship is a founder program and online hub for resources, networking, and perks.

Access may be subject to application, selection, or program-specific rules.

Shared resources (including investor databases) are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma's total liability arising from the Fellowship program is limited to any fee you paid to participate.

D. Forma Society (Mobile App)

Forma Society is an invitation-only app for members of internet and startup societies. It helps you find people worth meeting inside societies you belong to, and events worth going to.

1. Joining. Access is by invitation only. You need a code from an existing member, and every code belongs to one society. An ordinary member may hold three active codes at a time; an organiser is unlimited. You may hold one account.

2. What the app is, and is not. There is no messaging in Forma Society, no feed, and no follower counts. The only way to reach another member is to wave. If they wave back within seven days you are connected, and only then do you see each other's private handles. Nothing obliges anyone to wave back.

3. Your content. You keep ownership of your profile, photos, event listings and anything you write. You grant Forma a licence to host, store and display it in order to operate the app and show it to the members entitled to see it. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where other members already hold copies or where we must retain it under Part I.

4. How to behave. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or endanger anyone. Do not scrape, bulk-collect or resell member data. Do not attempt to circumvent the invitation system, claim a society you do not belong to, or claim to host an event on behalf of a society that has not confirmed you.

Contact details another member reveals by connecting with you are for reaching that person. Do not add them to a mailing list or pass them on.

5. Societies. Societies are run by their own organisers, not by Forma. An organiser approves or declines membership claims, assigns membership tags, issues invitations, edits their society's page, and confirms whether an event may name their society as host. A society's decisions about its own membership are its own. Verification — the tick on a society — is granted by Forma, not by organisers, and does not imply endorsement.

6. Events posted by members. Events in Forma Society are posted by members and go live immediately. Forma does not review them in advance, organise them, or vet who attends. When you name a society as host, its organisers are asked to confirm; until they do, the host badge shows as unverified. Where Forma itself runs an event, section B applies instead.

Meeting people in person carries risk. Use your judgment and take responsibility for your own safety. Forma is not a party to a member-posted event and is not responsible for what happens at one.

7. XP, levels and quests. XP measures activity in the app. It has no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, and confers no ownership of anything. We may change how XP is awarded, and may correct or remove XP obtained through error or abuse.

8. Reports and removal. You can block or report another member from within the app. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend an account under Part I section 7. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability. In addition to Part I, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Forma is not liable for the conduct of members, of societies, or of anyone at a member-posted event, nor for any loss arising from a connection made through the app. Forma Society is provided free of charge, and Forma's total liability arising from your use of it is limited to US$250.
